The Appraiser’s Edge. The Relocator’s Insight.
My name is Tom Dunphy. I’m a licensed real estate sales associate with Fulton Grace Realty in Stuart, Florida, and I operate Tom Dunphy Sells Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers throughout St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach counties. You can find me at tomdunphysellsrealestate.com.
Real estate is in my blood. My grandfather, Thomas J. Dunphy Sr., founded the family real estate business in 1958 in the Philadelphia area. My father followed him into residential appraising, and by the time I was a teenager, I was already learning the business. I’ve been a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 1998, with approximately 19,000 residential appraisals completed. I know how to read a market, evaluate a property, and tell you what something is actually worth — not just what someone hopes it’s worth.
In June 2023, I made the move from Philadelphia to the Treasure Coast, and I haven’t looked back. I understand exactly what people from the Northeast are searching for — better weather, the beach, an easier pace of life, and more value for their money. I made that move myself. I get it.
I serve Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Port St. Lucie, and the surrounding communities throughout Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach counties.
If you’re thinking about selling, I won’t throw a number at the wall and hope it sticks. I’ll analyze the comparable sales, the market conditions, and your property — and we’ll price it right from day one.
If you’re thinking about buying or relocating from up north, I’ll help you cut through the noise and figure out whether a property is a solid opportunity or not worth your time.
I’m not a pushy salesman. I’m an appraiser who also sells real estate. That’s a combination most agents can’t offer — and it’s a real advantage for you.
