Lake Worth Condominium Market Overview
The Lake Worth condominium market remained generally stable as of July 2026. Available inventory increased during the most recent three-month period while buyer demand remained healthy. Although months of housing supply increased, median sale prices remained relatively stable, marketing times improved compared with the prior reporting period, and condominiums continued to sell at approximately 100% of their reported list prices.
Current market statistics indicate 266 active condominium listings during the most recent three-month period, compared with 202 during the prior four-to-six-month period and 151 during the prior seven-to-twelve-month period. Buyer activity remained consistent, with the absorption rate measuring 27.00 sales per month during the most recent reporting period, compared with 32.67 and 23.17 sales per month during the earlier reporting periods. As a result, months of housing supply increased to approximately 9.85 months, compared with 6.18 months and 6.52 months previously, reflecting additional inventory entering the market.
Median condominium sale prices remained relatively stable throughout the past year. The median sale price measured $130,000 during the prior seven-to-twelve-month period, $134,000 during the prior four-to-six-month period, and $139,000 during the current three-month period. Median marketing time measured 82 days during the current reporting period, compared with 57 days during the prior four-to-six-month period and 105 days during the earlier reporting period. Condominium units continued to sell at approximately 100% of their reported list prices, and no foreclosure or short-sale activity was reported during the past twelve months.
Overall exposure and marketing periods for condominiums in Lake Worth are generally estimated at three to six months, depending on unit condition, community amenities, monthly association fees, location, pricing, and overall market competition.
What This Means for Buyers
Buyers currently have a broader selection of condominium units because inventory has increased during the most recent reporting period. This provides additional opportunities to compare communities, amenities, monthly association fees, unit condition, and recent comparable sales before making a purchase decision.
Well-maintained condominium units that are appropriately priced continue to attract buyer interest.
What This Means for Sellers
The Lake Worth condominium market remains generally stable, although buyers now have more available choices than earlier in the year due to the increase in active listings.
Condominium units that are accurately priced, professionally presented, and properly maintained generally receive the strongest buyer interest. Reviewing recent comparable sales together with competing active listings remains an important part of establishing an effective asking price.
