Lantana Condominium Market Overview
The Lantana condominium market remained generally stable as of July 2026. Buyer demand strengthened during the most recent three-month period while available inventory also increased. Although the number of active listings expanded, median sale prices remained generally stable, marketing times improved, and the market continued to provide opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
Current market statistics indicate 39 active condominium listings during the most recent three-month period, compared with 46 during the prior four-to-six-month period and 36 during the prior seven-to-twelve-month period. Buyer activity increased significantly, with the absorption rate rising from 3.00 sales per month during the earlier reporting period to 4.67 and 8.67 sales per month during the most recent three-month period. As a result, months of housing supply declined substantially from 12.00 months during the earlier reporting period to 4.50 months during the current reporting period, reflecting a healthier balance between inventory and buyer demand.
Median condominium sale prices remained generally stable over the past year. The median sale price measured $261,250 during the prior seven-to-twelve-month period, $220,000 during the prior four-to-six-month period, and $240,000 during the current three-month period. While values fluctuated between reporting periods, these changes are typical within a smaller condominium market and do not necessarily indicate a long-term shift in market direction.
Median marketing time increased from 71 days during the earlier reporting period to 99 days, before measuring 104 days during the most recent three-month period. Despite the longer marketing periods, condominium units continued to sell at approximately 100% of their reported list prices, and no foreclosure or short-sale activity was reported during the past twelve months. Overall exposure and marketing periods for condominiums in Lantana are generally estimated at three to six months, depending on unit condition, community amenities, monthly association fees, location, pricing, and overall market competition.
What This Means for Buyers
Buyers continue to have a good selection of condominium units throughout Lantana while stronger buyer demand has reduced overall housing supply. This provides opportunities to compare communities, monthly association fees, amenities, unit condition, and recent comparable sales before making a purchase decision.
Well-maintained condominium units that are appropriately priced continue to attract buyer interest.
What This Means for Sellers
The Lantana condominium market remains generally stable. Although marketing periods have lengthened somewhat, stronger buyer demand and lower housing supply continue to support sellers who price their properties competitively.
Condominiums that are accurately priced, professionally presented, and properly maintained generally receive the strongest buyer interest. Reviewing recent comparable sales together with competing active listings remains an important part of establishing an effective asking price.
Why Professional Market Analysis Matters
Every condominium community in Lantana has characteristics that influence market value, including location, proximity to the Intracoastal Waterway, building age, monthly association fees, amenities, unit condition, renovations, and recent comparable sales.
