1403 Tahoe Court, Lake Worth, FL 33461

Property Description

PRICED AGGRESSIVELY IN LAKE WORTH! Great opportunity to add your finishing touches to this South Florida pool home. Public records reflect approximately 1,458 square feet, while the property is currently configured as a nonconforming 4-bedroom, 3-bath home with additional under-air living space, including a den converted for use as an additional bedroom. Buyers and agents should independently verify the configuration, square footage, permits, and intended use of all additional spaces. The home features a private in-ground pool and spa, a new pool pump, and a fenced outdoor area. Additional improvements include hurricane-impact windows and doors installed in 2020. The roof was also recently reinspected and, according to the inspection provided by the seller, was reporte d to have a minimum of approximately five years of remaining useful life. The property primarily needs paint, cleanup, and minor cosmetic updating, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for a property with much of the heavy lifting already addressed. Property is being sold strictly AS-IS and is priced extremely aggressively to reflect its current condition and nonconforming configuration. Seller intends to provide little to no extended due diligence, so buyers and their representatives are strongly encouraged to complete as much independent due diligence as possible beforehand, including verification of permits, additions, bedroom/bathroom configuration, square footage, roof condition, property condition, and any other information material to the buyer.
